Set up a report that monitors all movements between ABC categories by choosing “New ABC” and “Old ABC”.
Critical leaps: Set up reports that monitors specific critical leaps between the ABC categories e.g. AA items that have changed to BB, CA, CB or even CC.

Future items on back order: Which items will not arrive before the last one is sold? Set up a report with this specific group of items using delta reports and compare “Adequacy in days” with “Number of days to next delivery” (this can be calculated from “Date for next receipt). If the delivery time is higher than “Adequacy in days” the item will probably go on back order.
Using delta- and critical lead reports you can compare:
1. ABC codes: New and Old ABC
2. Two columns containing numbers
